Isothermal normalizing
Isothermal normalizing furnace plant adopts manual loading. It consists of: lifting charging cart, heating and holding room, rapid cooling room, and rapid cooling fan motor, tray transfer cart, isothermal furnace, air cooling table, automatic turning table and electrical control system.
Isothermal normalizing can obtained uniform organization and control the hardness. The advantage of is to improve the cutting performance and the deformation of the workpiece.
Nitriding heat treatment
Nitriding is a heat treating process that diffuses nitrogen into the surface of a metal to create a case-hardened surface. These processes are most commonly used on high-carbon, low-alloy steels. They are also used on medium and high-carbon steels, titanium, aluminium and molybdenum. In 2015, nitriding was used to generate unique duplex microstructure (Martensite-Austenite, Austenite-ferrite), known to be associated with strongly enhanced mechanical properties.
